Job description
Lilly is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access to lead global pricing, access, and contracting across gene therapy assets. You will shape the strategy with LV&A and IVA, setting the frame for payer engagement worldwide and ensuring coherence across markets.
You will build new payment models, craft the value narrative for HTA dossiers, and coordinate with policy partners to influence markets from the US to Europe. Travel is estimated 10–20%.
