Job description
AstraZeneca in Boston seeks a Senior Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) for MASH to shape medical strategies across weight management. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive evidence generation, and align with regulatory, payer, and clinical stakeholders worldwide.
Reporting to the Medical Head of Weight Management, you will lead global medical agendas, develop bold strategies for product and disease-area initiatives, and push for innovative evidence generation in real-world settings.
