Job description
Bausch Health is seeking a Senior Director of Medical Affairs for GI & Hepatology in Bridgewater, NJ. You will shape and execute global medical strategies, lead TA medical teams, and ensure scientific credibility and patient-centric value across product lifecycles.
You will collaborate with Clinical Development, RWE, HEOR, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and International Medical Affairs to drive launches and evidence generation. Domestic and international travel is required.
