Job description
Bausch Health in Bridgewater, New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications & External Engagement to lead strategic scientific communications and external engagement initiatives within Medical Affairs.
You will oversee global publication planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, engage with professional societies, and drive evidence generation alignment. Travel up to 25% and base pay 170k–234k with bonus options.
