Job description
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Associate Director, WW Medical Skills to lead the end-to-end functional and behavioral skills learning strategy across field and home office, aligning with WW Medical Learning and Home Office Medical leadership.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Worldwide Commercialization Learning, you will partner with medical affairs teams and learning partners to ensure content relevance, deployment, and measurable impact within the New Commercialization Model.
