Job description
Zai Lab seeks a Senior Director, Medical Writing to lead a global team based in the US and China. The role combines leadership with hands-on authorship of clinical and regulatory documents across all drug development phases, from IND through NDA/BLA/MAA submissions.
The successful candidate will build capabilities, establish standards, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality documents while coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs.
