Job description
Club Beyond is seeking staff to live near the community they serve and lead the Club Beyond program on military installations worldwide. The role focuses on incarnational ministry to military teens, building relationships and developing volunteers.
Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring volunteers, outreach to unchurched teens, coordinating mid- and high-school programs, and adapting to turnover among families and chaplains. A three-year commitment may be required.
