Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions, to partner with business, procurement, engineering, and finance teams on strategic legal advice for infrastructure-related agreements.
You will draft and negotiate data center leases, colocation, and various HW/SW and IaaS/SaaS contracts, addressing risk, indemnity, and data security. The role requires global experience and strong stakeholder management.
