Job description
Wells Street Growth is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a distributed ops and digital fulfillment function as the company scales, leading a US/Mexico team of ~40, combining strategic planning with hands-on process improvements.
You will own end-to-end operations performance, design scalable processes, partner with sales, customer support, and finance, build KPIs, manage vendor relations, and navigate cross-border team dynamics.
