Job description
RRD is seeking a Business Unit Operations Leader to direct and deliver on product and service quality for clients. The role provides strategic direction to Facility/Site Leaders and develops tactical plans to seize market opportunities and meet financial targets.
The Ops Leader will drive operational excellence across facilities, establish standard processes, manage cost, and collaborate with HR, IT, and finance to optimize performance. Travel approximately 50% is required.
