Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Manager – Autonomous Workforce/GBS to lead global partner initiatives in AI-enabled IT operations. The role focuses on activating and expanding Deloitte-defined practice areas, translating strategy into customer outcomes, and driving pipeline with ServiceNow-aligned products.
The GPM will coordinate with geo teams, co-innovate with Technical Partner Advisors, and guide GTM execution across regions to accelerate adoption of autonomous workforce solutions.
