Job description
Notion is seeking a Global Strategic Partner Manager to lead high-impact partnerships and drive measurable growth. This is a director-level individual contributor role focused on building executive trust and translating partner strategy into results.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in strategic partnerships, understanding of enterprise sales processes, and experience working cross-functionally. This role involves tracking pipeline and revenue outcomes while collaborating with various operational teams.
In-office work is required on certain days, with a competitive compensation range of $265,000 - $325,000 per year.
