Job description
Sokin is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of North American business clients across the United States and Canada. You will focus on retaining revenue, increasing client activity and identifying opportunities to expand each relationship.
In this commercially accountable role, you will use client data to spot changes in activity, engage clients before issues become losses and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers to growth.
