Capital One in Virginia is seeking a Manager of Risk Management for the Global Payments Network to partner with business leaders, shape strategy and ensure governance, control, and process excellence across the payments ecosystem.
This role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience in financial services risk. You will lead improvement initiatives, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams, and present risk narratives to executives.
