The Payroll Director at BioMarin is responsible for managing both the US Payroll Team and Global Stock Team, ensuring timely bi-weekly payroll processing and stock payrolls, with SOX reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should have 10+ years in payroll, strong project management, and deep knowledge of payroll tax rules, W-2 processing, and data security, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
