Job description
Rocket Lab, a leading space company, seeks a Director, Global Payroll and Employment Tax to own the global payroll and tax framework for 3,000+ employees across domestic and international locations. Based onsite in Long Beach, CA, you will lead a cross-functional team, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize payroll systems and processes.
