Job description
Hapana Australia Pty is seeking a senior People & Culture partner to own the People experience for our USA, Brazil and UK teams. You’ll partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, navigate critical moments, and grow our People practices as the business expands.
You’ll coach leaders through performance discussions, handle complex employee matters, and help build scalable People foundations for the next growth phase, balancing strategy with execution and strong stakeholder relationships.
