Job description
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a People Experience Partner to lead Global People programs and drive HR initiatives across a multinational organization. This role focuses on performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation in close partnership with COEs and People Business Partners.
You will translate HR policies into practical solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and advance data-driven decisions while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workforce.
