Job description
Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a People Experience Partner - GSC to lead the local execution of Global People programs within the Global Supply Chain. The role focuses on performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation while partnering with COEs to implement new programs.
You will drive onboarding through exit processes, coach managers on employee relations and performance, and apply data analytics to identify trends and deliver actionable HR
