Job description
Tensec is hiring a People Operations leader to scale employee lifecycle processes across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. You will own onboarding, policies, and HRIS configuration, driving automation and consistency across markets.
Based in New York with three days in the office, you will collaborate with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance and policy effectiveness while supporting compensation cycles and performance programs.
