Job description
Docplanner Group is seeking a strategic, hands-on CS/Operations lead to shape onboarding, engagement, and retention for PMS products across markets. You’ll design scalable processes, define KPIs, and partner with product, BI, and local teams to drive global consistency while respecting local realities.
You’ll own the multi-market PMS CS operating model, revamp onboarding templates, reduce early churn, and build dashboards to monitor performance.
