CDM Smith seeks a National Practice Leader for Water Resource Infrastructure & Resiliency to drive growth, innovation, and technical leadership across the firm. The role oversees strategy, client engagement and staff development, with travel as required.
The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, promote cutting-edge solutions, and elevate CDM Smith’s brand through thought leadership and industry involvement. A PE license and 15 years of experience are expected.
