Job description
Embecta is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Global Privacy to lead the company's global privacy program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other evolving laws while enabling business growth. This hybrid on-site role in Parsippany, NJ collaborates across functions to implement privacy governance, data mapping, DPIAs, and incident response.
