Job description
OX Group Global is seeking a Head of Global Product Development & Integrity to define and lead a comprehensive product strategy across brands and regions. You will build a multi-year innovation roadmap, drive portfolio optimization, and align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain into a unified growth engine.
You will own product strategy across OX, BORA, Tracer, and SMART with responsibilities for integrity, quality, and performance standards demanded by tradespeople worldwide.
