Job description
Everbridge seeks a Vice President, Global Production Operations & Reliability to lead strategy and execution for a cloud-native SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, this role ensures reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across global production systems.
You will head global SRE and DRE teams, drive incident management, DR planning, and capacity planning, and collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to embed reliability in the software lifecycle.
