Job description
LANXESS is seeking a seasoned leader to head the global Lubricant Additives production, technology, and HSEQ organization. The role requires 15+ years in large chemical operations, with a master’s degree (PhD preferred).
You will drive global strategies, ensure safe and compliant operations, and lead an international leadership team from North America or Germany. Strong English skills are essential, German is a plus, and domestic/international travel is expected.
