Job description
Alexander Dennis is seeking a Quality, Reliability & Service Director to own vehicle quality, reliability, and aftermarket service across the full product lifecycle, from build to in-service operation.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, govern warranty and field service, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize fleet availability and customer satisfaction.
