Job description
Philips is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) quality systems team, harmonizing QMS processes and ensuring FDA/Notified Body compliance across sites. You will also drive strategic quality objectives in alignment with business goals.
You will oversee audits, CAPA, change management and KPI tracking, and act as an advisor to senior leadership on quality matters shaping the organization's regulatory strategy.
