Job description
Ardelyx, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Quality Compliance in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA.
You will provide independent governance over the global GxP compliance framework, lead the Quality Compliance team, and drive audits, inspection readiness, and quality governance across the organization and external partners. The role requires 15+ years in quality/compliance in biotech/pharma, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
