Balchem Corporation seeks a Quality Laboratory Programs Lead with a strong background in analytical chemistry and microbiology to own and optimize laboratory quality systems, focusing on LabVantage LIMS and proficiency testing programs. The role requires global leadership in LIMS implementation, automation, and data integration across Balchem QC labs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of LIMS experience, excellent communication and project management skills, and familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025
