Job description
XP Power seeks a senior quality leader to own end-to-end product and site quality within its High Voltage High Power division. The role drives continuous improvement across the product lifecycle—from design to manufacturing to customer delivery—by building scalable, data‑driven quality systems and aligning strategy with execution.
