Job description
GIC is seeking an Associate in Real Estate Funds & Co-Investments to diligence and execute real estate fund investments and co-investments, working on primary fund and asset-level financial models. You will present proposals to the investment committee and help manage ongoing fund investments, while developing relationships with fund managers.
