Job description
Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Manager to develop, implement, and coordinate strategies to recruit, hire, and retain top talent at all levels. This role will oversee recruitment, internal communication, and staffing aligned with company values and goals.
You will lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Admin Assistants, build diverse hiring strategies, and partner with Marketing to maintain recruiting materials across social media.
