Job description
Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for the Recruiting Strategy & Enablement team who will own programs end‑to‑end—from scoping to measurement. You’ll partner with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to ship initiatives that improve recruiting quality, efficiency, and compliance at a global scale.
Day‑to‑day you’ll balance ongoing portfolio work with fast‑moving priorities, drive enablement, and lead change management to ensure adoption across teams.
