Job description
Crowe is seeking a senior leader to head Global Resource Management, reporting to the COO. This role will design and evolve Crowe's future-state resource management operating model, aligning people, skills, and locations to each engagement while improving utilization and global delivery adoption.
The leader will partner with executives across HR, Finance, IT, RevOps, and India to advance coordinated approaches that support Crowe's strategy and growth.
