Job description
Trustly is seeking a senior leader to own the operational backbone of GTM globally, including CRM, forecasting, compensation, territory design, and enablement. Based in New York, you will drive one system of record, one forecast cadence, and a unified enablement program across regions.
You will partner with Finance and regional GMs, lead AI-enabled enhancements, and shape global sales kickoff cadence. This role demands strategic scaling experience and strong executive presence.
