Job description
Gong seeks a Global Safety and Security Lead to design, implement, and guide worldwide safety and security programs as we scale across regions. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Workplace and Facilities and ensures safe, compliant operations for offices and employees globally.
You will collaborate with Workplace, People, IT, Security, and Legal to balance compliance, employee experience, and business continuity across geographies.
