Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Global Safety Program Lead, Senior Director to govern safety strategy, delivery, and oversight for the assigned asset(s).

You will lead safety physicians/scientists, deputize for the Global Safety Head, and ensure compliance with global PV regulations and SHE standards. The role requires strategic safety input across clinical programs, governance forums, and regulatory interactions, with travel as needed, and a focus on delivering high-quality safety outputs
