Job description
The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) Secretariat in New York seeks a Chief of the Salaries and Allowances Division to lead policy development and oversee remuneration frameworks for professional and general service staff across the UN common system.
Reporting to the Executive Secretary, the Chief directs the Division's outputs and engages with Member States and stakeholders to ensure timely, evidence-based guidance.
