Job description
Google Mexico is seeking a Sales Compensation Administration Manager to join a dedicated team that designs incentive schemes and drives accurate bonus payouts. You will partner with Google Cloud leadership and backend stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Analytics, HR, and Legal to scale processes and implement self-serve dashboards.
You will lead onboarding, compensation training, and annual participant setup while ensuring timely and compliant payouts.
