Job description
Altus Group is seeking a Sales Compensation Leader to drive the global incentive compensation strategy and end-to-end design. You will manage plan configuration, rules, and analytics within Xactly, partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable programs that align with business goals.
You will model compensation scenarios, support quotas and territory reviews, and lead communications, training, and rollout of plans.
