Job description
SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to own complex compensation administration for our global advertising sales organization across SiriusXM Media properties.
The role requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HR to design and administer plans while ensuring accuracy and consistency with plan design. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales compensation experience in tech/media, SAP SuccessFactors or Callidus, and strong Excel skills.
