This role will be responsible for onboarding, sales methodology adoption, continuous learning, manager enablement, and partner readiness. The ideal candidate brings experience designing and scaling enablement programs within enterprise SaaS, ERP, HCM, or technology organizations and has a passion for helping sales teams succeed through impactful learning experiences, coaching frameworks, and data-driven enablement strategies.

As a key member of the Global Sales Enablement team, you will partner closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Partners, Product, and Operations to ensure sellers have the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources required to consistently execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sales enablement programs supporting onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodology adoption, and skill development.

Collaborate with frontline sales managers to strengthen coaching effectiveness and reinforce key selling behaviors throughout the customer lifecycle.

Develop enablement content including playbooks, battlecards, messaging guides, competitive positioning, onboarding resources, and learning assets.

Measure program effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, quota attainment, win rates, seller readiness, and learner engagement.

Manage enablement communications, learning technologies, and program logistics across global regions.

Leverage feedback, performance data, and business insights to continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences
