Job description
Arista Networks, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Operations team. You will lead deal management, partner with Account Management, Regional Sales VPs, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end handling of non-standard deals in line with company policies.
You will mentor the Sales Operations Analyst, optimize deal structures, assess margins and risks, and foster executive collaboration across geographies, while maintaining rapid, globally aligned deal reviews.
