Job description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Director, Marketing Service Solutions to lead the global marketing strategy for service offerings, including persona development, buyer journeys, value propositions, and campaigns. This role partners with global marketing and service leaders to drive growth across HVAC, Controls, Fire Detection, and lifecycle solutions.
You will build messaging architectures, manage thought leadership, develop assets, and lead cross-functional teams worldwide.
