Job description
Shape-Corp-1 in the United States (Michigan) seeks an experienced Lean training leader to coach SES and lead the design and execution of talent development trainings with SES focus. You will coordinate with the Global talent development team to standardize Shape excellence programs across facilities.
You will drive the catalog of courses, annual training plans, and act as SES coach for plant and SES managers, leading SES Academy sessions in US divisions and auditing when needed.
