Job description
Watershed is seeking a Global Head of Solutions to lead a high‑performing, globally distributed team across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will shape go‑to‑market motions for Watershed’s climate solutions, work closely with revenue leadership, and report to the Head of Sales.
The role requires coordinating with Sales, Product, Customer and Security leadership while driving scalable, high‑impact processes. The position is based in San Francisco or New York with up to 25% travel.
