Job description
GE Appliances, a Haier company, seeks an Associate General Counsel – Sourcing to lead the legal aspects of global sourcing of commodities, parts, and SFGs, including JV relationships. The role reports to a Deputy General Counsel and is based in Louisville, KY, USA.
The attorney will structure, draft, and negotiate contracts, provide strategic legal advice, and manage transactional attorneys or support staff.
