Job description
Converse is seeking a global merchandising leader to drive line plans and assortments for both Footwear and Apparel. You will build a compelling product vision that scales worldwide, partner with design and analytics, and guide a diverse team to execute seasonal strategies with speed and craft.
You will balance creativity with commercial rigor, translate insights into action, and lead strategic initiatives across a global matrix to strengthen the brand and grow market share.
