Job description
AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, International Strategic Initiatives & Transformational Delivery – ICEx, a senior program leader who can shape direction, influence decisions, and drive complex initiatives from concept to realization across global teams.
You will translate strategy into execution plans, manage cross-functional programs, and deliver executive updates and change communications that demonstrate business value and accelerate adoption.
